JTPay

JTPay is JTamatic Group's payment service.

It takes payments for JTamatic and Ropida. If JTPay appears on your payment, JTPay took it.

How a payment works

  1. On JTPay's pay page you check the merchant and the amount, and give your name, mobile number and email.
  2. JTPay takes payments through the Partner Bank. When you tap Pay, the Partner Bank's page opens.
  3. Card and e-wallet details are typed on the Partner Bank's page, never on JTPay's.
  4. JTPay asks the Partner Bank whether the payment went through before it marks it paid.
