These terms cover paying through JTPay.

Who runs JTPay

JTPay is JTamatic Group's payment service. It takes payments for JTamatic and Ropida.

What JTPay does

• The merchant sells the goods. JTPay only takes the payment.
• JTPay takes payments through the Partner Bank. When you tap Pay, the Partner Bank's page opens.
• JTPay asks the Partner Bank whether the payment went through before it marks it paid.

Your card details

Card and e-wallet details are typed on the Partner Bank's page, never on JTPay's. JTPay never holds your card details.

A problem with a payment

Write to ops@jtamatic.com with your payment reference. It starts with JTP.

The privacy notice says which details JTPay takes and who receives them.
